Job Description:

Adecco Permanent Recruiting partners with companies throughout the country to help them recruit and hire skilled professionals for their Teams. One of our best customers, a growing manufacturing company with operations in the Jackson, TN area, has asked for our help to find a skilled Manufacturing Engineer. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Developing new and improved processes to facilitate the manufacturing of a quality product. Root cause analysis of any manufacturing problems. Maintaining manufacturing specifications and initiate product change notices to update material and process changes. Participating in cost reduction programs, including initiating and evaluating cost reduction projects. Ensuring compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations, policies and practices. Evaluating and recommend new vendors or raw materials for improved processing or cost reduction. Assuring the manufactured product meets or exceeds the dimensional, functional and material specifications required by the customer.

This position offers:

A base salary in the $70-95K range depending upon skills, credentials and years of relevant experience.
