Job Description:

We are hiring a Junior Manufacturing Engineer for a 12-month onsite contract role in Memphis, TN (100% onsite). This position supports a medical device manufacturing transfer working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transition of products to supplier operations

Key Responsibilities:

Support manufacturing transfer activities including inspection procedures and documentation Create and maintain Excel-based reports and technical documentation Assist with BOMs (Bills of Materials) and routing structures Ensure product readiness and support cleanliness and quality standards Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (any discipline) Basic technical understanding and strong Microsoft Excel skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Willingness to work onsite 5 days a week in Memphis, TN Any exposure to manufacturing or medical device industry is a plus This is a great opportunity for early-career engineers to gain hands-on experience in a regulated
