4 months initially, with potential 6-month extensions Job Description Seeking a Fabrication Engineer to lead fabrication equipment installation and support manufacturing quality and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Manage installation of Punch/Laser, Press Brake, Paint, Epoxy, and related equipment. Coordinate with Facilities, Maintenance, Safety, and other stakeholders. Monitor quality metrics and resolve production quality issues. Perform root cause analysis, 8D, 5 Why, and Fishbone analysis. Lead PFMEA, Control Plans, process audits, 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma activities. Support
ISO 9000
quality systems and internal audits. Implement process improvements and digital quality tools. Coach and mentor Quality Team members. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Experience with fabrication/manufacturing equipment. Strong manufacturing, industrial, or quality engineering background. Experience with Lean/Six Sigma, PFMEA, Control Plans, and process mapping. Knowledge of ISO standards and process auditing. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
