Job Description

Position:
Materials Execution Engineer Duration:
1 year minimum + extensions - long term contract
Location:
Spring Hill, TN Pay Rate :
$30-38/hr
Must Haves:
2+ years' experience with process, industrial, manufacturing engineering in an automotive environment Key experience with material transformation - new technologies, material flow, material handling equipment automation, and Factory of the Future Material concepts. Experience supporting layout reviews and analysis Experience supporting launch Day to
Day:
As a Materials Execution Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and determining process improvements for material handling in General Assembly. The role would also include layout changes, communicating with plant engineering teams, and supporting launch activities. Identify and evaluate potential automated opportunities for implementations to reduce waste and improve operational efficiency. Support layout reviews and analysis Optimize material flow process through automation projects. This includes analyzing the current processes and developing future processes for automation. PFEP, process improvements Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product engineering, manufacturing operations, and IT to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and processes. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
Pay:
$30.00 - $38.00 per hour
