BachelorsResponsibilitiesThe essential functions of this job require the person, with or without reasonable accommodation, to perform the following:

• Lead development and optimization of new and existing production processes to improve efficiency, capacity, and cost.
• Lead complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production and quality issues.
• Develop and implement process flows, layouts, and line strategies for new or transferred production lines.
• Play a lead technical role in supplier evaluation including capability assessment, tolerances, and tooling design review.
• Lead Continuous Improvement (CIP) and Lean initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Coordinate and drive updates to process documentation and standardization efforts.
• Lead capital equipment selection, implementation, and validation activities.
• Provide technical guidance to entry - level engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Use required software tools including

SAP, CAD

(SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar), and Microsoft Office applications.

• Perform all other duties as assigned.
