Pay based on experience and qualifications Position Overview We are seeking a results-driven Manufacturing Shift Supervisor to lead operations within our solar production facility. This role is responsible for supervising production teams, ensuring equipment performance, and driving efficiency during assigned shifts. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background and leadership experience, with the ability to manage people while also understanding technical processes and equipment. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead production teams during assigned shifts Ensure daily production targets and KPIs are achieved Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with engineering/maintenance for issue resolution Troubleshoot and escalate mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues Coach, train, and develop operators and technicians Enforce safety, quality, and company policies Drive continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives Manage attendance, staffing, and performance accountability Document shift activity, downtime, and production reporting Support startups, shutdowns, and changeovers Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (required) 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience Strong technical understanding of production equipment and processes Proven problem-solving and decision-making ability Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong communication and team leadership skills Preferred Experience Solar, semiconductor, electronics, or automated manufacturing Experience in 24/7 shift operations Lean manufacturing / continuous improvement exposure PLC or automation experience Why Join Us Work in a rapidly growing renewable energy industry Leadership role with direct operational impact Career growth and advancement opportunities Competitive compensation based on experience Comprehensive benefits package available•Benefits eligibility based on company policy.
