Overview We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to support and improve manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, and production methods for copper and fiber cable products. This position is ideal for an engineer with strong extrusion experience who enjoys solving production challenges, improving efficiency, reducing costs, and working closely with production, maintenance, quality, and vendors. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related technical field Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Process, Industrial & Systems, or Manufacturing Engineering/Technology Extrusion experience is required Fiber optic experience is a strong plus Experience with manufacturing processes, machinery, equipment, tooling, or production methods Experience with engineering studies, investigations, and process improvement Knowledge of machine, equipment, and tool design Experience with cost reduction and process optimization Some project leadership experience, including small capital projects Proficiency in Microsoft Office Knowledge of statistical software is a plus Benefits Competitive $75K-$90K salary 401(k) with 5% company match Medical, dental, and vision insurance Disability benefits 11 paid holidays Vacation benefits Full-time, permanent opportunity
