What You'll Do Improve manufacturing processes to enhance safety, quality, efficiency, and cost performance Support Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen initiatives that drive real business results Analyze production data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements Participate in root cause investigations and problem-solving activities Lead and support continuous improvement and capital projects Create CAD drawings, process documentation, work instructions, and training materials Collaborate with operators, leaders, and engineering teams to solve manufacturing challenges Gain hands-on exposure to equipment, materials, and advanced manufacturing processes What's In It For You?
