- F-22 you will be responsible for leading the engineering definition of retrofit, upgrade, and repair initiatives for the F-22 airframe.
Your responsibilities will include:
Develop and validate engineering requirements for airframe modifications. Lead design reviews and ensure compliance with flight‑critical standards. Coordinate with manufacturing, test, and sustainment teams to integrate solutions. Manage schedule, risk, and technical documentation throughout project lifecycle. Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement in processes. Basic Qualifications:
Project Management or Project Engineering experience Must be familiar with Earned Value Management concepts and application Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, including Access, Excel and Project Bachelor's degree in an engineering technical discipline such asMechanical, Aerospace, Aeronautical or Civil Engineering Desired Skills:
Configuration Management experience Familiarity or experience with FAR, Part 15 (TINA) compliant proposal requirements Functional estimating experience in engineering, materials, operations, and/or Sustainment Experience using proposal pricing systems or BOE tools such as, PROPRICER, APTS, or BOE other tool usage Experience with Catia Experience with Engineering Bill of Material (EBOM) product structure Experience in Tableau Proven communication and leadership skill Experience inEarned Value Management Security Clearance Statement:

The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for thisPosition:
