KP Staffing is now hiring a manufacturing engineer manager for a company that manufactures oilfield equipment in Granbury, TX! Job Summary The manufacturing engineering manager will oversee the manufacturing engineering team while driving the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of production processes, equipment, and tooling. This role partners with production, quality, supply chain, and design engineering teams to optimize manufacturing operations, support automation initiatives, troubleshoot production challenges, and ensure successful introduction of new products. Pay $80,000

• $90,000 per year Shift 1st shift: 8 a.m.
• 5 p.m., Monday
• Friday Duties Develop, maintain, and improve manufacturing processes, work instructions, and production methods supporting machining, fabrication, welding, and assembly operations Provide engineering support to production teams by identifying issues, troubleshooting problems, and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and workflow Support the implementation, installation, and startup of automated manufacturing equipment while collaborating with vendors and equipment integrators Assist with developing production layouts and workflows to improve material flow, reduce bottlenecks, and increase operational efficiency Lead and support continuous improvement projects focused on reducing cycle times, increasing productivity, lowering costs, and implementing lean manufacturing practices Design, develop, and support the implementation of tooling, fixtures, and production equipment needed to meet manufacturing requirements Evaluate new designs and manufacturing methods to ensure products can be produced efficiently and meet production goals Responsibilities Oversee and prioritize manufacturing engineering activities Provide guidance and support to the manufacturing engineering team Coordinate engineering efforts based on production needs and business objectives Qualifications Experience leading manufacturing engineering operations Knowledge of machining, fabrication, welding, and assembly processes Experience with manufacturing process development and continuous improvement initiatives Familiarity with automation equipment integration and production support Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to collaborate effectively with production, quality, supply chain, and design engineering teams Job Type Temp-to-hire How to Apply Start by submitting your resume or visit KP Staffing Granbury for an in-person interview.
