Job Description:
The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for working with the local and remote teams to oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations, production planning, quality assurance, process optimization, vendor/materials coordination, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise in electronic manufacturing and power system products, and the ability to drive efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of experience in a manufacturing, production, and/or quality environment, including management or supervisory responsibilities. Strong knowledge of production operations, quality systems, PCB manufacturing and inspection processes & product development lifecycle. Experience working with design engineering teams, EMS providers, vendors, and manufacturing partners, supporting automated test systems, circuit board inspection, in-circuit and offline programming, and various manufacturing metrics and KPIs. Direct experience in NI LabVIEW & TestStand and/or
IPC-A-610
inspection standards are considered to be an asset. A strong grasp of administrative operations, including facility, infrastructure, regulatory and quality aspects of the organization. Experience in the power systems or protection relay industry preferred. Experience with
ISO 9001
quality management systems required. Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP and inventory/production management tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative manufacturing environment.
