Position Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Electrical Engineer II to support manufacturing operations through the development, maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of electrical test systems, automated equipment, and manufacturing processes. The engineer will work closely with Production, Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams to troubleshoot technical issues, improve equipment reliability and productivity, support product quality, and ensure compliance with applicable quality-system and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot electrical and automated production equipment to support day-to-day manufacturing operations.
Develop, maintain, and optimize electrical test systems, automated test equipment, and manufacturing processes.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment performance, reliability, productivity, and process efficiency.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
Participate in root cause investigations and implement sustainable corrective actions.
Analyze equipment and process performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Support equipment qualifications, validations, and process improvement projects.
Ensure manufacturing equipment and processes comply with applicable quality-system and regulatory requirements.
Assist with troubleshooting and diagnostic activities using electrical test and measurement equipment.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
3-5 years of relevant engineering experience.
Experience supporting manufacturing operations in a regulated or high-volume production environment.
Hands-on experience with Automated Test Equipment (ATE), data acquisition systems, or manufacturing testers.
Experience using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other electrical diagnostic tools.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and perform circuit troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional engineering and manufacturing environment.

Pay Range :
