Manufacturing Engineer

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Manufacturing Engineer to join our fast-paced production team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, enhancing product quality, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across our manufacturing facility. Your expertise will help streamline operations, improve efficiency, and ensure the highest standards of safety and quality are maintained throughout the production lifecycle. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical, process engineering, and industrial engineering skills in a collaborative environment focused on innovation and excellence. Duties Develop, implement, and refine manufacturing processes for plastics injection molding, CNC machining, welding, and assembly lines to maximize productivity and quality. Utilize CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Creo to design tooling, fixtures, and process layouts that support manufacturing operations. Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues in production workflows or product defects, then develop effective corrective actions. Program and troubleshoot robotics and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to automate processes and improve operational efficiency. Create detailed schematics and technical drawings adhering to GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) standards for fabrication and assembly. Lead projects involving process engineering improvements using lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and optimize throughput. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on factory layout planning, tooling design, industrial equipment maintenance, and factory safety compliance under

ISO 9001

standards. Skills Proficiency in project scheduling tools to manage multiple process improvement initiatives effectively. Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in fabrication, tooling design, and assembly line setup. Expertise in CAD software including AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo for designing components and schematics. Hands-on experience programming CNC machines, CAM programming, robot programming, and industrial equipment troubleshooting. Knowledge of plastics injection molding processes, vision inspection systems, CNC programming, and industrial robotics integration. Ability to perform root cause analysis using structured problem-solving methods; familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean manufacturing. Familiarity with factory experience involving process engineering, industrial engineering principles, and factory safety standards aligned with

ISO 9001
