About the Role We are seeking an Automation Controls Engineer responsible for designing, programming, troubleshooting, and optimising automation and control systems used in manufacturing. The successful candidate will work with PLC-controlled systems, robotics, sensors, HMIs, and Smart Factory infrastructure to improve equipment uptime, production efficiency, and product quality. experience preferred. Support sensors, actuators, HMIs, and control devices. Assist with installation, setup, and commissioning of automated production equipment. Analyse automation failures and implement corrective actions. Improve equipment stability, cycle time, and reliability. Support OEE improvement. Identify automation and system-upgrade opportunities. Support Smart Factory and digital manufacturing initiatives. Assist with MES integration, data collection, and system connectivity. Support real-time production monitoring. Collaborate with Mechanical Engineering, Production, and Quality teams. Work with automation vendors when required. Ensure control systems comply with safety standards. Requirements Associate degree. 3+ years of relevant experience. Experience with PLC systems and control logic. PLC programming and troubleshooting experience. Experience with sensors, actuators, HMIs, and industrial automation. Ability to read electrical schematics, engineering drawings, and wiring diagrams. Manufacturing automation experience preferred.

Important:

The successful candidate must be willing to complete approximately 7 months of training in Korea beginning in October.

Pay:

$71,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
