Perform process development for assigned projects and subsystem(s) based on contract requirements and Technical Data Package to include specification derived requirements Ensure timely and accurate submission of all reports/deliverables Perform specific, routine project or technical tasks within defined scope of responsibility Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality Support root‑cause analysis for production issues and implement sustainable corrective/preventive actions Identify and implement cost‑reduction opportunities through process improvements and lean principles Other duties as assigned

Requirements Education/Training:

Bachelor's degree in relevant field (mechanical, manufacturing) or business/ process preferred Additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for a degree

Experience:

7+ years of professional experience in the required task area Aerospace, DoD contract or Air Force MRO/Depot experience preferred Familiarity with Air Force Technical Orders and ASTM standards a plus
