Key Responsibilities:

Lead industrial engineering activities supporting new product launches and industrialization.

Optimize manufacturing processes to improve cost, quality, productivity, and production volume.

Plan and evaluate manufacturing capacity to support current and future production requirements.

Support the implementation and improvement of manufacturing automation and production technologies.

Develop and implement production processes capable of consistently delivering defect-free products.

Work cross-functionally to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced manufacturing performance.

Support the launch and ramp-up of new products within the manufacturing environment.

Participate in global meetings and collaborate with international teams on launch and manufacturing initiatives.

Help establish and maintain high standards for production performance, quality, and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.3+ years of experience developing and delivering production processes.

Proven ability to support processes improving cost, quality, and production volume.

Exposure to some combination of the following:

High speed / High output manufacturingAutomation line or automation cell implementations (CapEx project)Fanuc robots (Allen Bradley PLC) - or other brands of robot / co-botsKeyence vision systems - or other brands of vision systemsBasic programming skillsProject Engineering in automation environment
