Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Manufacturing Process Engineer who will develop, implement, and analyze manufacturing engineering plans and projects and communicates them to internal and external customers. Defines, develops, and transfers manufacturing and engineering tools, strategies, and systems. Develops manufacturing strategies for specific products and processes. Actively participates with engineering project teams to coordinate the release of new products. Estimates and tracks manufacturing costs, determines time standards, and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines. Maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations. This role will be located on-site in Salt Lake City and will be a 9/80 schedule, 12-month contract-to-hire role. Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required-Engineering degree strongly preferred, including Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or similar engineering discipline-A Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a manufacturing, production, or engineering environment-Previous experience with cable and wire harness manufacturing or assembly-Demonstrated knowledge of cable manufacturing techniques and IPC/WHMA-A-620, class 3 workmanship requirements•Demonstrated ability to comprehend schematics, wire lists, wire diagrams, and blueprints•Ability to obtain a clearance-Aerospace, defense, electronics, or other highly regulated manufacturing experience-Strong technical
