We are seeking a proactive and assertive Process Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement, 5S methodology, and automation. They will excel in change management and possess exceptional communication skills to effectively interact across all levels of the organization.Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies, including the integration of automation technologies.
- Lead 5S initiatives to enhance workplace organization and standardization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement projects.
- Provide training and support to staff on new processes and technologies.
- Monitor and analyze production metrics to ensure process performance aligns with company goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; or an associate degree combined with equivalent manufacturing experience.
- Proven experience in process improvement, 5S methodology, and automation within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong change management skills with the ability to lead and influence others.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with personnel at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated eagerness and assertiveness in driving process improvements.
- Experience with AutoCAD software, demonstrating proficiency in creating, modifying, and interpreting technical drawings.
- Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools is a plus.
