Full-Time | Direct Hire About the Opportunity We're seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join a growing manufacturing operation in Ruther Glen, VA. This is an excellent opportunity for engineers who enjoy working directly on the production floor, solving real manufacturing challenges, and driving continuous improvement. If you're someone who prefers being in the action rather than sitting behind a desk, this role offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact by improving assembly processes, increasing efficiency, and partnering closely with production teams. What You'll Do Support daily manufacturing operations and troubleshoot production challenges. Work directly with assemblers, supervisors, and production leadership to improve manufacturing processes. Analyze assembly lines and develop practical engineering solutions to improve productivity and quality. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for cost savings. Implement process improvements that improve safety, efficiency, and throughput. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, and Engineering. Solve manufacturing problems independently with minimal supervision. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering required. 4-5+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience. Experience supporting manufacturing, production, or assembly operations. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Comfortable working on the manufacturing floor in a hands-on environment. Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experience is a plus. What We're Looking For Hands-on engineer who enjoys working on the production floor.
