We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team focusing on the development and integration of cabin systems, supporting interior lighting, passenger entertainment, connectivity, and related electronic systems. Our team values exceptional organizational skills, strong communication, and expertise within electrical and electronic system design.Responsibilities:
Design, analyze, and integrate electronic and electrical systems for cabin technologies including lighting, passenger address systems, seatback video, and in-flight connectivity. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient system integration during airplane development programs. Apply organizational skills and attention to detail to plan, prioritize, and document work effectively across multiple projects. Communicate clearly and constructively, contributing to a positive team environment and ensuring timely exchange of information.Required:
Minimum of 3 years related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, in an electrical design engineering environment with emphasis on electronic and electrical systems design and analysis. Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (including manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science. Knowledge of FAA certification processes and familiarity with system design and integration in airplane development programs. Experience with Model Based Development tools is preferred, as well as strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.About SSI People:
