full-time About the job We're partnering with a leading global equipment manufacturer seeking a Manufacturing Engineerto support production of specialty mobile elevating work platforms and heavy equipment in an active, cross-functional manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do:

Participate in the installation and sequencing of machines, workstations, tools, and supplies to optimize production efficiency Study manufacturing methods, product design, and assembly processes to suggest layouts that enhance productivity Gather and analyze process data

  • cycle times, measurements, test results
  • to support statistical process control, cost analysis, and planning Research design proposals and recommend modifications that minimize waste and cost Partner cross-functionally with Design Engineers, Project Engineers, and manufacturing teams to resolve production challenges on the shop floor Conduct periodic inspections across assembly, welding, and machine operations
What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical, Engineering Technology, Civil, or Aeronautical), ABET accredited Strong communication skills

  • this is an active, engaged role working directly with engineering, production, and shop-floor teams across all backgrounds Hands-on mechanical aptitude
  • comfort troubleshooting physical components, not just designing at a desk Working knowledge of SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent CAD software preferred Hands-on CNC experience (lathes/mills) and familiarity with GMAW welding processes/welding robotics preferred Ability to learn and apply Lean Manufacturing, Just-in-Time, and Total Quality Management principles This is a great opportunity for an early-career engineer to join a growing team, gain broad hands-on manufacturing experience across every stage of production, and grow into new areas as the department evolves•plus relocation assistance is available for candidates outside the area.
