Posted 06/2026 Job Description Job Summary Supports 737 production operations by developing and improving manufacturing processes, troubleshooting production issues, and coordinating with Manufacturing Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams. Responsibilities include leading projects, evaluating engineering changes, analyzing production data, and supporting Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCA) activities. - Must be a U.S. Citizen Education & Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or a directly related field
- 5+ years of work-related experience
- 3+ or more years of experience working in an engineering discipline
- Background working in a production environment
- Experience supporting manufacturing operations and production activities
- Willingness to work 100% onsite in Renton, WA
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language Preferred Skills
- Experience using Manufacturing Engineering Planning systems, including Product Data Manager (PDM) and Computer Aided Process Planning (CAPP)
- Background with 5+ years of related work experience preferred for senior-level consideration
- Knowledge supporting lead-level manufacturing engineering activities with 9 or more years of related experience preferred
- Familiarity with ABET-accredited engineering programs preferred Job Duties & Functions
- Lead manufacturing engineering projects from conceptualization through implementation
- Identify opportunities for process, manufacturing, or tooling improvements
- Troubleshoot production issues and support corrective actions
- Collect and interpret manufacturing and production data
- Communicate project updates and technical information to leadership teams
- Execute Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCA) activities
- Assess engineering change activity for production impact and factory disruption
- Coordinate directly with Manufacturing Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams
- Support increased production rate initiatives for the 737 program Physical Requirements & Environment
- Work performed in an on-site manufacturing environment
- Ability to work full-time on 1st shift
- Extended periods of standing, walking, sitting, and computer use may be required
- Use of standard office and manufacturing equipment required
- Must be able to support production floor activities as needed
