Position Title:
Manufacturing Engineer Wage:

Based on Experience Our client in Appleton, WI is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their growing manufacturing operation. This role will focus on improving production processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives, supporting capital projects, and enhancing manufacturing efficiency, quality, and safety.

Manufacturing Engineer Responsibilities:
  • Lead manufacturing process improvements and lean initiatives
  • Develop and maintain facility and production layouts
  • Support capacity planning, equipment implementation, and process optimization
  • Collaborate with operations, engineering, and production teams to improve performance and productivity
  • Support new product introductions and ensure efficient manufacturing processes
  • Drive safety, quality, and operational excellence throughout the facility Requirements for
Manufacturing Engineer:
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience preferred
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills
  • Experience with AutoCAD and 3D modeling software
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience with torque applications and manufacturing equipment is a plus
