Job Duties & Responsibilities Develop, improve, and optimize manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Identify opportunities for process and operational improvements. Maintain high standards of manufacturing and product quality. Design and implement new products, processes, and manufacturing methods. Ensure manufacturing processes comply with applicable regulatory and company standards. Evaluate and improve manufacturing efficiencies by analyzing: Workflow Space requirements Production speed Equipment layout Develop and improve manufacturing processes by: Reviewing product requirements. Researching and evaluating testing methods. Working with equipment vendors and suppliers.
Optimize:
Facility layouts Production lines Machine operations Network performance Plan, execute, and complete new projects while meeting established deadlines and budget requirements. Complete design and development projects by training and providing guidance to technicians. Assist with preventative maintenance programs in coordination with Plant Management. Provide technical oversight and support related to: Equipment and process troubleshooting Quality issues Preventative maintenance Project management Collaborate with plant personnel, technicians, vendors, and management to resolve manufacturing and equipment issues. Perform other related duties as assigned by management. Education Requirements Minimum degree required (if any): Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. Required Certifications/Licenses None required. Experience Requirements Minimum of 24 months of related engineering experience required . Required Skills & Qualifications Experience with AutoCAD or similar drafting software required . Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics required .
Ability to perform:
Statistical calculations Strength/load calculations Geometrical calculations Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel . Strong project management skills, and problem-solving and analytical skills . Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting established deadlines.
