Job Duties & Responsibilities Develop, improve, and optimize manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Identify opportunities for process and operational improvements.
Maintain high standards of manufacturing and product quality.
Design and implement new products, processes, and manufacturing methods.
Ensure manufacturing processes comply with applicable regulatory and company standards.
Evaluate and improve manufacturing efficiencies by analyzing: Workflow
Space requirements
Production speed
Equipment layout Develop and improve manufacturing processes by: Reviewing product requirements.
Researching and evaluating testing methods.
Working with equipment vendors and suppliers.
