Test Engineer

Position Summary We are looking for a hands-on engineer to take ownership of how our products are tested and brought into production. This role is responsible for developing test strategies, building test systems, and ensuring new products are ready for a stable production launch. In addition, this position plays a key role in helping design and stand up the production line, ensuring alignment between product design, test requirements, and manufacturing flow. This is a floor-oriented role for someone who can move from concept to execution—building, troubleshooting, and improving real systems in a production environment. Key Responsibilities Test Strategy & Development

• Define test requirements based on product design and risk
• Develop test strategies across module, drive, and system levels
• Ensure complete and efficient test coverage
• Prepare new products for test readiness prior to production launch Test System Design & Implementation
• Design and build test systems, fixtures, and interfaces
• Develop reliable test methods for production use
• Improve systems for stability, repeatability, and throughput
• Support automated test platforms Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Franksville, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
