Test Engineer

Job Title:

Manufacturing Test Engineer Responsibilities Define test requirements based on product design, risk, and performance expectations. Develop comprehensive test strategies at module, drive, and system levels to ensure complete and efficient test coverage. Prepare new products for test readiness prior to production launch, ensuring test plans and systems are in place. Design and build production test systems, test stands, fixtures, and interfaces that are robust and easy to operate. Develop reliable test methods for production use and refine them for stability, repeatability, and throughput. Support and enhance automated test platforms, including integration of automated test equipment into production lines. Support the design and build of production lines for new products, including defining build sequence, station layout, and test integration points. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Franksville, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
