If you've got 5+ years in industrial equipment or custom machinery and you're ready to lead rather than just execute, we want to talk to you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Design mechanical systems in 3D CAD, with the tolerances and documentation to back them up Apply deep sheet metal and welding expertise to build solutions that are as manufacturable as they are innovative Reverse-engineer existing equipment to squeeze out better performance and reliability Design and detailed documentation Collaborate suppliers, and cross-functional teams to turn requirements into real engineered solutions

WHAT YOU BRING

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field 5+ years of mechanical engineering experience with industrial equipment, automation, or custom-engineered systems Deep sheet metal and welded-structure design experience Strong 3D CAD skills and a track record of leading technical decisions, not just following them

NICE-TO-HAVES

Experience with automated equipment or material handling systems Hands-on installation and commissioning experience
