1st and 2ndJob SummaryWe are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level CNC Workers to join our manufacturing team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience operating various industrial equipment, including CNC machines, press brakes, and fabrication tools. As an integral part of our production process, you will assist in machining, assembling, and inspecting components to ensure quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will demonstrate mechanical aptitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to safety and precision. This role provides consistent weekly pay and the chance to develop valuable skills in manufacturing and machining environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC machinery such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and CNC programming tools under supervisionInterpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production documents accuratelyUse precision measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure dimensional accuracyAssist with setup and calibration of equipment including press brakes, stamping presses, and flexo pressesPerform routine maintenance and troubleshoot industrial equipment as neededHandle materials safely using hand tools, forklifts, and materials handling techniquesFollow safety standards in production areas to maintain a secure work environmentSupport assembly processes and packaging of finished productsRead shop math and apply basic calculations for fabrication and machining tasksMaintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with manufacturing protocolsExperiencePrevious factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred but not required; training provided for entry-level candidatesFamiliarity with CNC programming or CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) programming is a plusBasic understanding of mechanical blueprint reading and interpretation of technical drawingsKnowledge of shop math, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and dimensional measurementsExperience with industrial equipment troubleshooting is advantageousAbility to operate hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments accuratelyComfortable working in fast-paced environments with safety as a priorityStrong mechanical aptitude with an interest in fabrication, machining, or manufacturing processesWillingness to learn new skills related to CNC machining, assembly, and quality control
