Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions and standard operating procedures. Support process standardisation, quality improvements and the implementation of best practices across manufacturing operations. Skills and Experience Previous experience in a Manufacturing Engineer or similar engineering role within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Practical experience with Six Sigma tools and structured problem-solving techniques. Demonstrable experience conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions. Familiarity with the 8D problem-solving methodology. Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI), including the transition from prototype to production. Proficiency with CAD software and the ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. Experience improving manufacturing processes, reducing waste and improving product quality. Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills. The ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, production and quality teams. The Ideal Candidate You will be a proactive, detail-oriented engineer who enjoys solving complex manufacturing problems and turning improvements into measurable results. You will be comfortable working on the production floor as well as collaborating with technical teams, and you will understand how to take an issue from initial investigation through to a sustainable solution. Compensation The salary range for this position is $85,000-$100,000 per year, depending on experience and technical expertise.
