Northern Gear & Machining is committed to providing exceptional service and on-time delivery to meet customer needs effectively. Role Description This is an on-site internship role for a Manufacturing Engineer located in Muskego, WI. As a Manufacturing Engineer Intern, you will assist in optimizing manufacturing processes, refining production techniques, and supporting various engineering tasks. The role includes hands-on exposure to machining processes, data analysis, improvement initiatives, and collaboration with the engineering and production teams to enhance efficiency and quality. Qualifications Understanding of Manufacturing Processes and Machining techniques Coursework or experience in Manufacturing Engineering or Industrial Engineering Knowledge of Mechanical Engineering principles Problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and improve workflows Strong communication and teamwork skills Proficiency in using basic engineering tools and software Currently enrolled in an Engineering or related technical program $80,000 + based on experience.
