Engineering Technician CNC / Machining

Job Requirements This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and real shop floor problem solving. You would be supporting fast turn customer projects, building and modifying tooling, helping with prototypes, and jumping in to resolve production challenges. Some days follow the plan and other days the schedule goes out the window while you help multiple teams solve problems. Key areas we are looking for: Hands on machining with manual mill and lathe. CNC is helpful but not required SolidWorks and CAD CAM experience Tooling and fixture design and fabrication Ability to turn drawings into production ready solutions Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude Comfortable in a dynamic high mix manufacturing environment This role works closely with engineering, production, and quality, and has a lot of autonomy for someone who likes owning projects from concept through implementation.

Pay:

$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
