Your expertise in SolidWorks will be essential in designing assembly and welding fixtures, ensuring manufacturability, and enhancing production efficiency. This hands-on role will see you actively involved in the creation and implementation of fixtures, making a tangible impact on our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities Innovative Design:

Utilize SolidWorks to create cutting-edge assembly and welding fixtures.

Manufacturability Focus:

Design with efficiency in mind to streamline production processes.

Collaborative Creation:

Work closely with the team to develop fixtures, whether in-house or outsourced.

Production Assurance:

Ensure fixtures are fully operational and effective in production settings.

Hands-On Engagement:

Be actively involved in the creation and implementation of fixtures.

Essential Skills SolidWorks Proficiency:

At least 5 years of experience with SolidWorks.

Fixture Design Expertise:

Proven experience in assembly and fixture design.

DFM/A Principles:

Strong understanding of design for manufacturing and assembly principles.

FEA Analysis:

Ability to conduct finite element analysis. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
