Optimize Plant Layouts and Resolve Line Issues:
Work on improving plant layouts and addressing line issues to enhance efficiency and streamline production processes. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks, relocate machinery, and implement solutions that optimize workflow.
Small New Equipment Projects:
Assist with smaller-scale new equipment projects, ensuring their installation and integration into the current manufacturing processes.
Data-Driven Improvements:
Partner with our controls and finishing teams to establish data collection metrics, ensuring these are displayed and tracked accurately to drive process improvements.
Champion Safety:
Help advance our safety initiatives by contributing to process controls, meticulous documentation, and ongoing process improvement efforts.
