YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO

Support production in a mixed model assembly environment Develop, implement, and improve assembly processes to meet cost, quality, and capacity requirements Specify, procure, validate, and implement tools, fixtures, and equipment Provide plant expertise in tool selection and error-proofing Apply lean manufacturing principles to improve operations Apply DMAIC methodology to identify root cause and implement permanent solutions Work closely with team leads and technicians to resolve problems Develop and maintain standard work instructions Implement engineering change notices Achieve manufacturing engineering milestones for New Product Development programs

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES

Required:

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, or other technical 4-year degree and 5+ years of relevant work experience Project management experience is required Understanding of lean manufacturing principles AutoCAD knowledge is required Experience with SAP is required Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite Willingness to travel (infrequently) Ability to multitask and set priorities Team player with excellent technical, communication, and interpersonal skills Position requires current work authorization. PREFERRED

Knowledge of General Logistics Management and Supply Chain is a plus Experience with Katia is preferred
