Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment. Apply lean manufacturing principles to optimize production efficiency. Contribute to the industrial engineering efforts to ensure high-quality standards. Essential Skills 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering. Strong expertise in process engineering and process improvement. Proficiency in lean manufacturing techniques. Additional Skills & Qualifications Background in industrial engineering. Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field. Work Environment Work under the direction of the Engineering Manager as part of a team of three other professionals. The company offers a collaborative atmosphere and values innovation and teamwork. The environment is conducive to learning and applying advanced manufacturing techniques, with a focus on continuous improvement. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Wausau, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $38.00/hr.
