Manufacturing Engineer:

4+ years of experience in a machine shop or similar manufacturing environment Hands-on CNC experience; 2+ years of programming experience Experience with metal cutting tools, holders, fixtures, and workholding Ability to work across multiple machine types, including lathes, machining centers, Swiss-type lathes, and manual equipment Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Must be a team player willing to help across a 5-person department Valid driver's license Skills/Background needed as aManufacturing Engineer:
Espirit CAD/CAM, MasterCam Familiarity with inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, bore gages, CMM, and Optical Comparator Exposure to Swiss machining Experience supporting machinists during setup and troubleshooting CNC programs Continuous improvement mindset, with experience in cycle time reduction and process optimization If you enjoy solving machining problems, improving processes, working alongside good people, and being part of a company where engineering still gets to engineer — this could be a great fitJOB ID :
