This role requires demonstrated technical competency, the ability to interpret schematics, and consistent delivery of quality work across moderately complex assemblies. Key Responsibilities Assemble mechanical and electrical components using drawings, schematics, and work instructions Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications Assemble simple electronic components and subassemblies Use hand tools and measurement tools (e.g., calipers) accurately Troubleshoot and resolve basic assembly issues and escalate complex problems as needed Perform quality checks to ensure assemblies meet specifications Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Follow all prescribed safety regulations and company policies Perform other related duties as assigned Required Skills & Qualifications High School diploma or GED preferred Demonstrated experience assembling mechanical and electrical components Ability to read schematics and technical drawings Working knowledge of measurement tools and tolerances Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and quality Experience Level Typically 2-4 years of relevant assembly experience or demonstrated equivalent competency Level of Supervision Works with minimal supervision
