Provides advanced technical support and serves as the working technical lead for fabrication and welding operations. Key Responsibilities

Perform complex fabrication and welding operations as assigned
Support setup, fit-up, and sequencing for critical build operations
Assist the Team Lead in maintaining standardized work and build quality
Support troubleshooting of fit, dimensional, and drawing interpretation issues
Mentor and support Manufacturing Technicians
Verify work meets engineering drawings and specification requirement Maintain pace and workflow to support daily production goals Key Responsibilities
