Provides on-floor leadership and coordination to ensure the team meets daily production targets and maintains standardized work. Key Responsibilities

Lead daily execution of the staggered flow production plan
Coordinate work sequence and flow between team members
Monitor progress toward daily production goals
Identify flow interruptions, quality concerns, and safety issues and escalate as needed
Serve as the primary point of contact between the team and operations leadership
Reinforce attendance, schedule adherence, and no-overtime requirements
Support training and job rotation within the team Key Expectations
Consistent attendance and reliability
Ability to meet daily production goals
Ability to follow standardized work and engineering requirements
Ability to work as part of a coordinated 12-person production team
