Food or beverage manufacturing experience is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Basic math skills, including measurements, conversions, and calculations. Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Basic computer skills and ability to learn production software systems. Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills. Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential. Follow established recipes, production procedures, and processing specifications. Monitor processing variables to ensure product quality and consistency. Track and record temperatures, production data, and quality measurements. Perform product quality checks and collect required production samples. Monitor fryer oil temperatures and processing conditions to maintain product standards. Clean and sanitize processing equipment according to company procedures. Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, and routine adjustments. Troubleshoot basic equipment and process issues while communicating concerns to leadership. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety requirements. Information adapted from the client's processor job description.
