We're hiring an entry-level Production Technician to join our powder coating team. No previous powder coating experience is required—we'll provide all the training you need. We're looking for dependable individuals with a strong work ethic who are ready to learn, stay active, and be part of a fast-paced manufacturing team. Responsibilities Load and unload metal parts on the powder coating line Hang and remove parts safely and efficiently Move materials throughout the production area Maintain a clean and organized work environment Assist with general shop cleaning and other production duties Follow all safety procedures and quality standards Qualifications No experience required—we will train the right candidate Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Able to work in a fast-paced production environment Must be able to follow instructions and work well with a team Must pass a pre-employment drug screening Why Join Our Team?
