Build Mission-Critical Aerospace Systems as a Manufacturing Technician

  • Manufacturing Technician.

About the Role As a Manufacturing Technician, you'll support the assembly, testing, and production of advanced gun systems and related components. Working alongside engineers and production teams, you'll help ensure products are built to exact specifications while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. What You'll Do + Perform assembly of subassemblies and top-level gun system assemblies. + Support manufacturing operations, including setup, calibration, rework, and quality testing. + Follow detailed operating procedures, work instructions, and engineering specifications. + Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. + Use precision measuring equipment to verify positioning and quality requirements. + Operate industrial equipment such as cranes and forklifts. + Collect and record production and quality data. + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. + Participate in team initiatives focused on safety, quality, cost, and schedule improvements. Required Qualifications + High School Diploma or GED. + Minimum 2 years of manufacturing assembly experience. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions. + Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. + Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 40 pounds. + Ability to obtain coverage under the Safe Explosives Act as an employee possessor/responsible person upon hire. Preferred Qualifications + Mechanical assembly or manufacturing background. + Experience reading engineering prints and technical documentation. + Experience using Costpoint, MES, or similar manufacturing systems.   • $34.
