Your Contribution Executes manufacturing and assembly tasks as per the manufacturing schedule and given instructions, e.g., setting up and running equipment and documentation Trains Manufacturing Technicians to execute manufacturing tasks as per the manufacturing schedule and given requirements Performs Level 1 troubleshooting to resolve processing or equipment issues identified during the manufacturing process Applies the 6S method to support creating a clean, organized, and safe work environment Supports equipment maintenance tasks Contributes to communication to all stakeholders via passdown Continuous Improvement Notifies the Production Manager, Manufacturing Coordinator, or Shift Lead of issues that could compromise product quality or equipment functionality Proposes improvement ideas to the Production Manager/ Project Manager/ Development Lead/ Engineering Lead with a focus on quality and productivity, e.g., process (traveler, SOP, etc.) equipment conditions, manufacturing schedule, shop floor layout Participates in testing improvements made in manufacturing and assembly, e.g., execution, documentation, and participation in the analysis of results New Product / Process Introduction Participates in testing of new and adapted manufacturing processes based on the testing plan released by the Development/Engineering Lead, e.g., execution, documentation, and participation in the analysis of results Post-Dispense Inspection Responsible for inspecting products after the dispensing process to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with manufacturing standards Perform routine weekly PDI reviews Coordinate PDI completion and release activities Prepare required PDI information for QA/QC Engineering Ensure accurate and timely data transfer Communicate completion and release status to appropriate internal teams Support standardized PDI documentation Escalate discrepancies or quality concerns to QA/QC Engineering Maintain the PDI workflow and tracking requirements Your Qualifications 2+ years of work experience in manufacturing and assembly of technical products. Ideally, experience in a regulated environment (medical device, clean room, or other) Strong attention to detail Quality inspection experience Ability to read work instructions and specifications Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality systems Data recording and documentation skills Problem-solving abilities Experience with inspection tools and equipment Expected hours: 40.0 per week
