We're looking for a Calibration & tool Crib Technician to keep our manufacturing operation running smoothly by managing, maintaining, and calibrating the tools and measuring equipment our team depends on every day. What you'll do: Issue, receive, and manage inventory of tools, gages, fixtures, and equipment for production Track calibration due dates and perform recalls to keep all measuring devices within required intervals Perform in-house calibration of instruments using established procedures and industry standards Maintain accurate records in our calibration and inventory system (Visual Quality) Coordinate with approved external calibration vendors when needed Inspect tools and gages before issuance and upon return; identify wear, damage, or malfunction Develop and maintain calibration documentation in compliance with AS9100 quality standards Support internal and external audits with complete and accurate equipment records What we're looking for: High school diploma or GED; Trade school (Certified Calibration Technician) or college degree in a related field preferred 1+ year in tool crib, calibration, or manufacturing quality Familiarity with measuring tools: micrometers, calipers, indicators, gauges Experience with calibration tracking or inventory software (Visual Manufacturing preferred) Ability to read technical drawings and work instructions Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy Knowledge of AS9100 or other aerospace quality standards preferred Why work here: Work in a high-quality aerospace manufacturing environment Comprehensive medical, dental and vision insurance 401(k) Paid vacation and sick time All offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
