What You'll Do Here:

Perform electrical, mechanical, chemical, and consumables diagnostics and repair on digital presses and bindery/finishing equipment Partner with production and management teams to ensure equipment "up-time" levels are achieved Complete Preventative Maintenance audits and task prioritization Dismantle, adjust, repair and assemble equipment according to layout plans and blueprints Inventory control, purchasing, and parts tracking Act as a mentor to other operators and technicians on the team Maintain confidentiality and strict compliance with the company's security policy related to potential access to sensitive information

The Skills You'll Bring:

A minimum of 4 years performing maintenance on high-speed Bindery/Finishing, Digital Print, and high voltage (480V) equipment or equivalent experience Experience planning, performing, and documenting routine technical maintenance, unassisted Thorough understanding of process control and troubleshooting of recurring or intermittent issues Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a changing environment and develop effective solutions Technical certifications on the following equipment is preferred: Bindery and Finishing equipment including Muller Martini Digital Print/Press equipment including HP Indigo Ability to work on all shifts as needed, stand for 12 hours+, lift up to 50 lbs., crouch, kneel, reach, bend and do repetitive actions Why You'll Love Working at
