This is a hands-on position supporting new product introductions, manufacturing processes, equipment setup, and production improvements.

What You'll Do:

Support new product introduction (NPI) and manufacturing process development. Set up, test, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment, tooling, and fixtures. Read engineering drawings and technical specifications. Assist with product testing, inspections, and quality improvements. Work with engineering and production teams to improve manufacturing processes.

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of hands-on manufacturing, machining, or engineering technician experience preferred. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Experience with manufacturing equipment and process improvements. Experience with ERP systems, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD is a plus.
