This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is entry-level but enjoys working with tools, building things, and learning technical manufacturing skills . Previous aerospace or riveting experience is helpful but not required. The successful candidate will learn to assemble and manufacture products using hand tools, pneumatic tools, riveting equipment, measuring instruments, and manufacturing drawings. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, pays attention to detail, takes pride in their work, and wants to develop a long-term career in manufacturing. What You'll Do Assemble manufactured components according to drawings, work instructions, and established procedures. Operate hand tools and pneumatic tools, including rivet guns and larger pneumatic riveting equipment. Read and understand basic manufacturing drawings and dimensions. Interpret dimensions using inches, fractions, and decimal measurements. Measure parts and components using rulers, tape measures, calipers, and other measuring equipment. Position and install rivets and other hardware according to specifications. Inspect your work to ensure parts meet drawing and quality requirements. Follow written work instructions and production procedures. Complete required production and quality documentation. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety and quality requirements. Work effectively with production, quality, and other team members. Learn additional manufacturing processes and equipment as training progresses. Perform other manufacturing duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Required Ability to read and write in English . Ability to understand basic written instructions. Basic math skills. Ability to understand inches, fractions, and decimal measurements. Ability to read and interpret basic dimensions on manufacturing drawings. Ability to perform basic measurements accurately. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Comfortable working with hand and pneumatic tools. Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive manufacturing tasks throughout the workday. Strong attention to detail. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Willingness to learn new manufacturing skills and processes. Ability to follow safety and quality requirements. Preferred Previous manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, or production experience. Experience using pneumatic tools. Previous riveting experience. Experience reading engineering or manufacturing drawings. Experience using calipers or other measuring equipment. Aerospace manufacturing experience. Experience working in an AS9100 or similar quality environment. Bilingual English/Spanish. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but is not required. Work Environment This is a hands-on manufacturing position performed in a production environment. Employees are expected to follow all applicable safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment.

Compensation & Schedule Starting Pay:

$18.00-$22.00 per hour , based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 5:00 AM-1:30 PM Overtime may be available based on production requirements.

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
