Hire:

2nd Shift (2pm-10:30pm)

IMMEDIATE HIRE

This position is responsible for assisting in the production of edible treats, drinks, pre-rolls, vape and other co-packaging. This candidate will be trained on all machinery and processes associated with the production, assembly, and packaging. The ideal candidate is a fast learner with keen attention to detail, a willingness to learn new skills, great time management, critical thinking, and dependability.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Coordinate with management to ensure proper, compliant, and efficient product assembly and packaging Perform tasks with great efficiency over a 8 hour work period without losing quality Manage time efficiently in order to meet goals while consistently producing quality products Use good judgment and communication in regards to product processing, keeping quality and goals in mind Practice good housekeeping habits and GMP Maintains a clean, safe, compliant work area Flexibility and the ability to adjust work schedules according to production needs. Basic Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age or older Ability to work Nights and Early Mornings Full-time Comfortable with Repetitive Tasks Ability to sit or stand for long periods Ability to use basic math skills reliably (ie. count, add and subtract) Ability to read, understand and follow SOP's, directions, etc. Self Motivated and able to keep up with a steady work pace while striving to meet goals Flexible - able to change processes and sometimes hours as needed to meet production timelines.

Good Attendance Record Desired Requirements:

Experience in Production line, Factory, Assembly line or Line Cooking Trimming Experience highly desired Demonstrated ability to use Basic Math or greater Comfortable working in a highly regulated business and growing industry Previous Cannabis Experience (Preferred but not required)
