Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Manufacturing experience preferred Exposure to high-speed production environments and basic maintenance preferred Troubleshooting and root cause analysis experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office programs; SAP experience is a plus Forklift experience preferred, but training is available Job Duties Follow all safety procedures and good manufacturing practices Monitor production processes and help meet efficiency and output goals Inspect bottles and identify scrap materials as needed Operate balers and dispose of scrap bottles safely Communicate production issues and assist with problem resolution Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement efforts Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Collaborate with multiple departments to maximize production efficiency Support quality standards while working with a sense of urgency Physical Capabilities Steel-toe boots required Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Ability to work in varying temperatures and outdoor weather conditions when necessary Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
